Just came back from a 3 hour cramp session of Japanese..
a i u e o - that's the vowels for Hiragana..
For Hiragana, there is no "intonation".. so this is how they are 'pronounce'
a - ah
i - e
u - wuu
e - a
o - oh
hm.. another important lesson would be on the usage of 'particle'
e - for places; home, far east plaza, school, etc.
ni - for purpose; shopping, shooting, watching, etc.
wa - for topic or negative; topic refers to something or someone you are talking about
ewa - for negative remarks on place
niwa - for negative remarks on purpose
oh well, off to practice writing of..
